I am unable to find set or alter gst details at stock group levels.
It is not showing me option for entering gst detail while creating stock group.

On Stock click CTRL+ENTER and then update the details

Kindly go to Inventories, Then you will get the option of Create, Alter and Delete.
Proceed from there.

In Tally Go on Features F11> Statutory & Taxation > Check whether GST Details are updated or not.
