Dear Sir/Ma'am I have joined as an accountant now I am Trying to make balance sheet but in tally while viewing schedule VI balance sheet share capital is showing in red when I pressed enter I have seen written over there "ungroped " etc Now what to do? thanks in advance

you have to classify that ledger by selecting multi classify option
put the cursor on ungrouped share capital
then press Alt+F9
then click on classify (see below the screen)
then classify the head as per revised schedule vi........
