All the entries in the books of accounts are passed as per three golden accounting rules .

1) Debit the receiver , Credit the giver ( personal account)
2) Debit what comes in , credit what goes out .( real account )
3) Debit the expense and loses , Credit gains and
Income . ( Nominal account )
So using these rules you yourself can pass all entries in the books of accounts .
