in my hand have a bank monthly report but transaction was made on computer earlier.the paper report has monthly payment transaction which includes opening balane and other payment transactions with balance.if op balance match with earlier computer transaction then other transaction with balance from paper to computer how to match with cl balance?
if current periods opening balance matches with the computer closing and paper opening then to match the closing balance check computer transactions and tally with the statement.
if still the balance does not match...go for daily breakup check or check previous period's transactions.
