Alt+F3 – Create Group Company

Fill the Necessary Info like Name, Address Etc.

In Members column, select the 2 companies opened from the List of Companies

Accept – Yes

Group Company is created in a new file by combining the data of two different years.

This will work 100% You have to import all the vouchers of greater FY company to Lower FY company using Export / Import feature. for example: Company A FY 2009-2010 Company B FY 2008-2009 Points to remember: 1. All the masters must be present in the A company, if not import masters also. 2. Export all the vouchers of the company A. 3. Open Company B 4. Change the F.Y. to next F.Y. (Desired F.Y.) 5.
