do one thing go to tally data folder select folder n zip it  of the commpany u want to email and mail it simple

there is two mode, first is get the backup & 2nd is to copy the whole data folder and zip it for mailing purpose.

i think you are using non licenced version and hence you are getting trouble to send email directly form the Tally.However you may send the data from its stored folder by simply using compressed folder application and attach the same in mail.

First take the Backup of the file, which u want to mail. Then attach and send to anyone.

And Another option is to go to the directory in which u hav installed the tally and then go to the data folder and then select the file which u wnt to send. And then Attach that file and send.
