Is it mandatory to alter AOA before the procedure of buy back of shares? Because AOA of the Company is silent about this clause and in such a case Table F prevails.

So table does not have any relevance?
One of the imperitive condition for Buy Back of shares is that the same must be authorized by the Articles of the Company. You need to ammend the Articles accordingly if the Company propose to buy back its own shares.
