I am confused about date of deposit t.d.s challan on salary. and return 24q ,( whether it is submited monthly or qtrlyor yearly) about its return.

in case of TDS on salry, employer is required to deduct TDS on Actual Payment basis and required to file quaterlly return

You have to fill quaterly return for this. And deposite till 7th date of next month.
