I coming across same message from long time.

Are you able to find out the solution for this.

Please suggest.

Same Problem Persist with me while filing my client GSTR 9C

I found the solution.

For Financial year GSTR9 due date is yet to be finalised.

Hence the system is showing the message. Once it is finalised, it will enable the option for filing the annual return.
