Syndicate bank concurrent auditors empanelment form

While filling application point 6 centres applied it was showing that ZIC and state cannot be same
How to solve it?
We applied for 3 centres

How did you get the list of centres. I am not getting the list of centres, if you have the list please share it with me it will be of great help

At point No.6, after selecting preferred state we have to type the names of the centre as per our preferences.There is no specific list.And also as per confirmation from inspection centre if we are applying for more than 1 centre in the same state all the names of such centres is to be entered in one row itself and not by adding another row.Otherwise will get the error as I mentioned in my previous post.
