Syllabus related query

I have registered for CS Executive on 22nd Aug,2012 and am appearing for CS Executive in June 2013.
Is the old syllabus applicable for me. YES

And if yes,for how many attempts

The Last Examination under Executive Programme (Old Syllabus 2007) will be held in December, 2014 Session. From June, 2015 Session, all students will be automatically switched over to the Executive Programme (New Syllabus 2012).

or I will have to switch over to new syllabus and if yes when?

It is not compulsory to switch over to new syllabus. It is optional, if you wish to do so.
