Switching to normal- composition-again to normal scheme
If anyone opted for composition scheme from 01/04/19 and at that time there was some ITC amount present in his credit ledger and then again switched to normal scheme from November 20, is he liable to reverse the ITC by ITC- 03 which was present in his credit ledger at the time of opting for composition or can he now utilize the ITC again?

Yes you should file ITC 03
