I wish to know whether articleship can be suspended and then resumed at a later point of time and in the mean time can the student also appear for his PCC exams provided he has completed his 18 months of articleship????
If this is possible please do let me know as soon as possible and what is the procedure to be followed for the same????

I don't quite understand why is it not possible right now... or is there any other way to do it.. I mean suspend the articles and then get back to again after a gap...

if you have completed 18months articleship and now you dont want to continue your articleship than you can do so
1. complete 18 monthe articleship
2. get your exam form sign from the employer
3. ask for leave(in written) from your employer for 5-6 months(as u want)
4. give your attemp and after that when you want to join your articleship join it
no one will oppose you and these leave of 5-6 months can be overcome byextra working hours/extra articleship in the end/mutual understanding
