My client register under regular gst
bt he did not file his continues six months returns so can he file his return and revoke his Gstin.

Yes, you can file pending GST returns
Kindly file all the returns immediately and apply for revocation. You have time of 30 days from the date of cancellation + 30 days extension by AC/JC + 30 days extension by commission.
