Can we surrender our Certificate of Enrollment of Professional Tax before cancelling our GST REGISTRATION???
We would be cancelling our GSTIN NUMBER in the month of April after filling GSTR 1 for the last Quarter of FY 2017-18.
So can we surrender it now or we have to wait till cancellation of GSTIN???

You may apply, but it will be processed only after completion of all the formalities......
Yes... I agreed to Mr. Dhirajalal Rambhia Sir.,
It means after cancellation of your GSTIN and any other Registration then go to cancel your PT Registration.
