How Can Surrender the Service Tax registration No. ?

draft an letter for surrender of ST no along with orignal Service tax no and last 2-3 service tax return also enclosed..

Make the set of above document and  give to excise taxation officer of the range.

Kundan is right . do Attatch original Service TAx Registration Number Certificate
