whether relief of surcharge on income tax given to small Firms & Companies is also applicable in case of FBT

no its not applicable
There is no slab rates for FBT for any kind of people irrespective of their status as to whether they are individual, company, firm etc..... Surcharge has to be paid on FBT....!!!!!!!!
