If you want Institute material + compilation of suggested answers all in one place then go for V. K. Agarwals book
Surbhi Bansals book is very good since it is very short, almost whole book is in a table format which facilitates quick understanding and quick revision.
I would suggest you to Purchase both the books. Use surabli Bansal's(SB) for learning concepts and revision while use Agarwals(VK) book for self practice and applying concepts learnt in SB book
According to me Pros and cons are
	SB : pros + cons
1.) very simple language (flowcharts are also given)
2.) entire book is in tabular format
3.) quick revision is possible easily
	4.) 328 pages
5.) no need to make notes for this subject
	6.) price (pune) 240/-

	VK : Pros + cons
1.) Entire syllabus covered but you could match word to word with institute material
	2.) revision isnt possible easliy
	3.) 453 pages
4.) best part of this book is that all questions for the past 20 exams have been solved in respective areas
	5.) cost (pune) 400/-

In pcc I used VK's book for auditing, So I was skeptical of other books even for CA Final, Students have suggested SB'sbook to be good for CA Final ( i have read this many times on forums in CAclubIndia). But since the past few days Auditing has'nt been boring anymore.
I think you should get both. Study from SB and test yourself from VK
	hope this helps
See you On the Other side of CA Final.
