I am a registered dealer under GST from Telangana, Can i supply my customer from Karnataka directly from Chhattisgarh is this provision available in GST, if possible then what is the procedure and how to generate invoice and E waybill as the value will be above Rs 50,000.00

It is a case of bill to and ship to sale.
Chattisgarh vendor will issue an invoice to you by mentioning your name in the "bill to" field and mentioning the address of the customer of Karnataka in the "ship to" field. You will raise an invoice to the Karnataka customer. E-Way bill can be generated by you or Chattisgarh dealer as per your mutual understanding. However, only one e-way bill will be issued.
