we have a Query, we purchase goods from 3 party on delivery directly to port and finally we raise export invoice and ship the goods after stuffing.

Place of Supplier  : Telangana

Place of Buyer   : Telangana

Delivery of Goods to  : CFS Chennai

Question : Bill from Supplier to Buyer

                  1) Is transaction - Intra State (CGST & SGST) apply or 

                                              Interstate Transaction (IGST) apply ?

                  2) what is place of Supply in this transaction ?
