we prepare supplementary invoice, need to prepare each invoice bill to bill or only one invoice enough ah.?

Debit note or credit can be prepared wrt bill to bill is good option as it is easy to track original invoice number while uploading GSTR1.

What are supplementary invoices and their uses?

Supplementary tax invoice is a type of invoice that is issued by a taxable person in case where any deficiency is found in a tax invoice already issued by a taxable person. It can be in form of a debit note or a credit note.

It will be prepare every bills as Bill to Bill...

If it's C/D note as per Ms SOWJANYA's view then You can prepare all in One C/DN as per latest amendment
