Plz confirm that the above is Not Applicable for NOV 2010 xams

Only case laws upto April 2010 are applicable for November 2010 and not the above.

In the List of ICAI's publication relevant for NOV, 2010 exams, only "Select cases in Direct and Indirect Taxes (2009)" has been mentioned. Some say that case laws upto 30.04.2010 are applicable. But on ICAI's website, no separate publication is available for the same. Case laws for June, July & Aug - 2010 have been uploaded on ICAI's site.
