Supperannuation withdrawal

238 views 1 replies

Dear,

When I joined my employer declared they have retirement plan for employees called as superannuation but they didn't said anything about its eligibility and withdrawal time and benefits. Recently I checked with HR people that they confirmed after completion of 5 years in the same firm only is the eligibility for superannuation. This thing I never intimated through in any form of document like  joining letter or yearly appraisal letter. Now I am just going to complete my 4th year. Kindly confirm me how to get my deducted amount of superannuation if I resign before to complete my 5 years in the same organization.

Thanks in advance.

A superannuation is an organizational pension program created by a company for the benefit of its employees. It is also referred to as a company pension plan.

So, check the terms of withdrawal. That may be condition incorporated there.
