You don't need a passowrd to use it

Just Click on the Read only button when it prompts for password. Go thru the Shortcut keys and Functions Examples. and try those. I request you all to kindly leave your comemnts..

I recommend please spend some time to understand the Most powerful Functions available in this tool. I feel none would have tried out these seriously. people are happy using the shortcut keys !

Mr. Gopi, Could you provide small descripttion of your tool, I mean the speciality of this tool. any new thing which is not provided by EX-TOOLS or Business-Functions ??? Except your bulk shortcuts...

Hi Dashrath,

I have added some functions like Advanced Vlookup. Vlookup has some deficiencies which my function can full fill e.g. Lets say you hav an invoice No.472, in another sheet you have Invoice No.472 appearing 4 times with diff values. Now if you use Vlookup, it will pick only the first value. But ifd you use my GkRlookup it will pick all the 4 values

Sheet 1

Inv. No.           Value

472                500

479                 850

472                800

471                925

472                 900

Sheet 2

472           if you use Vlookup it will return 500

but if you use my function it will return $500+800+900

The gkPlookup and GkRlookup are so poerful that you can complete BAnk Reco in just minutes...For more help ref to the GkExcel Tool File

Similarly if you want to conjoin strings you have to use CONCATENATE function and you have to choose 1 by 1 cell. that too a max. of 30 values

But use my gkConcate function and you can select a Whole range like Vlookup Both Horizontal, vertical, Tabular without limit. also, you can specify a Seperator

Follow this simple Process to use my functions

1. Install My Tool > Click on the Tools Menu > Click on the Add-Ins > Ensure that the GkExcel is Ticked

2. Click on the Insert Menu > Select Functions > Change Type as User Defined Functions > Now You will be able to see all my functions just like other function in built in Excel.

3. Click on the desired function and select the values and click ok you will see the result

I think you have forgot to attach the reffered file...

You can use sumif formula formula also Like =SUMIF(A2:A6,A9,B2:B6)
