hey i want to know how superannuation lumpsum amt recd at the time of retirement n pension recd there after is to b taxed. under which head?? if taxed u/h salary what about information of employer to b written in the ITR. whether it will b the info of employer at the time of retirement ??? but both the amts r recd from LIC.
