I got Show cause notice for cancellation of registration and the Reason given is,
1. As per Ti report Document are not submitted.
I am not able to understand that what report /Document it is talking about
please help me if you have any knowledge about the above mentioned reason.

Kindly visit to your jurisdiction tax officer .
It means that officer do not find the place of business given in Registration. (There might no Sign Board )
