Suo moto notice from gst

Due to funds problems we couldn't file GSTR3-B since 4 months.

we have received suo moto notice for cancellation of registration from GST.

within 7 days of receipt from this notice, we went to submit hard copy of our reply to GST officials. they refused to accept the same. so we filed online reply to this notice.

still our registration will be cancelled?

please advise.
