Hello sir...I got a suo moto cancellation notice from the officer for not filing from last 6montgs due to personal problems..now I filed last july2020 by paying late fee of rs.3420 and filed...but next in August month late fee is showing a amount of rs.3420? Suo motto cancellation will be proceeded if you fails to file returns for more than 6 months,
Thus, You should file the returns at the earliest and reply to the GST officer. Here, you do the returns for August and take the copies of the filed return and compile a request for revocation of cancellation of registration and take an appointment with GST officer.
