नमस्ते सर! मेरा एक क्लाइंट है, जिसका GST REGISTRATION CENTER ME रजिस्टर्ड है , सेंटर में उस पर SEC 70 का SUMMONS की कार्यवाही चल रही है, अचानक पिछले दिनों स्टेट से भी SEC 70 में summons देकर डॉक्यूमेंस सबमिट करने को कहा गया है,
मेरा सवाल ये है कि किसी व्यापारी को इस तरह से एक साथ एक ही समय के अंदर सेंटर और स्टेट से सम्मन या कोई नोटिस भेजा जा सकता है?
