Incase there is no urgency of money don't go for it bhai, As you have spent almost 4 years for this course, can't you wait more 12 months ? 

But only if you don't have any urgency of money...

Yes, as pointed out by Surya ji if you are not facing financial crunch, then it is better to take up the exams seriously and finish it earliest by November 16 attempt. If it is possible for you to convince the company that you will join them post your May 16 attempt that would be good, however such assurances from companies are a rarity. Since, you are just left with little over two months on hand, it is highly recommended that you focus on the exam and clear it. After may you can plan to join some audit firm, reason you can get reasonable number of days leave for second group. Now it is the right time to get your priorities in order. Don't put pressure on yourself too much with job at this juncture. Focus all your energy to perform exceedingly well in the ensuing examination. All the very best.

You should focus on your exams and faith yourself; you will get a better offer.

spend all the time for your studies and preparation as well if you didnt completed your thorough preparation and make one request letter to the said company by explaining your position or else if they r not able to convince with you then its better to be in home for your preparation and once got gone through you may get better oppurtunity than this....all the best
