For good exposure you need to join medium size firms, there you will get different kind of exposure and you can gain knoweldge in different fields..In big 4 only onfield exposure you can get..

Take transfer & go for other firm or u can also go for industrial training if u want carrer in industries in future.

For getting good exposure u should join ca firm after passing of your ca final exam. If you are able to take industrial training u should join it.

but i cannot take secondment currently as my boss won't give it...
