go for sarvana prasath book for costing n fm it wil give u through knowledge of concepts

If you have theory base then only go for ASHISH KALRA which is best for practical practice

Donot forgot to use the Practice manual

For Costing, you may opt for Saxena and Vasistha and for FM, you may opt for Rishi K Agrawal's Books. Both books are good for theory and practice. But never forget to refer your study material and Practice Manual. 

can we prefer singhania book for both costing & fm?

P.V Rathnam is the best book for cost accounting.
