u can complaint on ICAI  e sahayata against ur principal. Termination is at ur will.

Try to talk to your principal again about your termination. Some people would have told out of anger, just try to cool the situation and get termination in good terms. If nothing proceeds further, complain to ICAI they will take care.

TDS Challan error shouldn't be a problem. Do your correction while filing E-TDS returns in the quarter. All the best. Dont worry.

Move an application before the Income Tax Officer holding jurisdiction; explaining the mistake and asking for rectification. Attach a copy of the original challan with such application.

Once rectification is done, ask principal to send termination form to ICAI.

OR

Post the grievance on e-Sahaayataa.

You should first cooled down your Principle, and comes to aggrre with you.

If  he doesn't aggree with, then you should complaint to ICAI for this.

I would like to inform that wrong depositing of TDS challan daren't be issue on this regard.
