Suggestion for grp 2 ca final

Congratulations on clearing group 1. You are half way there!

I cleared both my groups in May 2017 attempt and would recommend you the following plan for your group 2 preparations.

Considering the time that you have from now till you Nov 17 exams, you approximately have 3.5 months, within which you have to cover 4 subjects. I am unsure if you have taken classes. (I dont believe in classes anyway, I cleared my exams by self studying in first attempt). Lets assume you havent taken classes (even if you have I am sure you have forgotten everything by now).

Try to finish off studyin all the 4 subjects by Aug 31, 2017. That is 42 days for 4 subjects. 

Allocate the days roughly as below:

Advanced Management Accounting - 10 days

ISCA - 8 days

DT- 15 days

IDT- 9 days

Within these allocated days you have to make sure you cover all the concepts and Practise Manual and Past 3 RTPs.

You can take up 2 subjects in a day and study them in any mix as per your convenience. But mind you, august 31 is the deadline. During this process, mark important questions from PM which you will redo during your revision times. 

In the month of september, make sure you revise all the 4 subjects thoroughly again within those 30 days. One additional thing that you have to do is Solve Mock test papers- one each for all the subjects. 

In the month of October, you will go through your final revision and cover Nov 17 RTPs, MTPs  and Previous year question papers. You should be now set and confident to appear for your exams.

Ensure that you have handy notes for revision in the month of September & October. (If possible make your own notes for ISCA)

(recommend Study material for AMA & ISCA. Go with Bangar's book for IDT & VG's summary module for DT)

Do not skip a single word of practice manual for any of the subjects.
