Private banks- Upload your resume on all private bank website under career option. ICICI bank always shortlist candidates who has a profile on their website under career option..
For PSU bank, you will need to prepare yourself for competitive exam which is conducted by IBPS.PSU bank recruit every year fresher chartered accountant for the post specialist officers which is a very decent post with handsome package.
