Dear Friends Thank you for your responses on my Email as per your demand i am uploading one more answer to the Q-5 (a) part for Valuation of Goodwill & Premium to be charged on issue of Shares for raising the money of project cost.

I think the inventory valuation effect will be on opening inventory for 2015. Please correct me if I am wrong.

What is given in the question is wrong inventory valuation of 2014 and IT impact P&L of that year also which is also given in question

Question specifically speaking that profit of 2014 is effected so we will not disturb the subsequent year until unless it has been clearly evident that subsequent years P&L are also Hope you get this point.
