There are lots of teachers in delhi like Peraveen Sharma,  D N Jha, Rajesh Makkar. You can do self study too because currently much amendment is being held  in accounts like IFRS, US GAAP etc.

It is impossible to recommend any one to any teachers.

Take the trial of Parveen Sharma satellite classes & then decide. I have taken the trial class & satisfy with this.

Parveen Sir is best for accounts.
