Subscriber sheet and consent letter for LLP

1. It is mandatory to attach Consent and Subscriber sheet in LLP Incorporation Form.

2. Form 9 is not an eform, thats why manually you have to prepare and get it sign.

Is form 9 required on a stamp paper or a simple paper is sufficient?

Do we need to also attach NOC of other companies where proposed partners are already a director
