I have Some Question for pvt.ltd.starting.
1: Subscriber or propriter can be director of company?
2 :Capitle share holder can be director of company?
3: It is possible That the subscriber is also capitle share holder and also director?

1. Yes, but there is no proprietor in case of Pvt. Ltd. Co.
2. Yes
3. Yes.
The answer of all the questions are YES.
Yes, the answer of all these three questions is YES.
and in my opinion as far as the Directorship of a proprietor is concerned a proprietor can also be Director in any Private Company in his individual capacity.
