An illeterate subscriber need not sign the Memorandum of Association. He should affix his thumb impresion in the presence of a representative person . The latter should then place the name of the executant against or below the thumb impresion and authenticate by signing his own signature. The contents of MOA has to be explained by the representative person to the subscriber.

The MOA and AOA should be read over to and Understand by person who has illeterate, thereafter they will be sign or put thump impression.
