Can anyone here help with the due dates and the penality ( in case of any delay) in submitting form 108 for the completion of articleship....

form 108 should be submitted within 30 days from the completion date of articleship!
form to submitted in 30 days of completion of articleship.. penalty after 30 days is nearabout 100 which increases after 60 days to 300 and so on
