Dear Raj,
Currently form can not be submitted directly. You need to upload e-form from MCA-Portal by creating log-in.

I have fill my Form 1A. I have save it.Now how can i send it MCA? How can i Pay fees for This?
Dear Mr. Raj,
You just login into www.mca.gov.in and upload it, after successful upload pay fees of Rs.500.
