I tried for propritorship registration in GST and I have filed all the mandatory fields. During verification step, I have filed all the mandatory fields but submi buttons didn't enable. I have tried so many times but that didn't enable the submit button.

There may be chances of error in site. I just want toask whether you ticked on the declaration on the final page
Go to check the registration % in right top. It is shown 100% then no need any other activities and go to submit your registration...
