plz tell as to whether an affidavit is required if u do not submit ur filled-in articleship-form 103 to the icai within 30 days...?
also, does such a case get put under scrutiny n is treated as an unfair practice even if the reason was genuine? plz explain...

u need not submit affidavit as per the rules so there is no question of scrutiny
