Whether Articles hip Form need to ne submitted online or by physical dak?

Hello Abhinav,
ICAI is shifting to a complete online portal (self-service portal) and physical dak will not be accepted anymore. Please go through the notice here
Unfortunately you would not be able to submit your forms till after 22nd May, 2019. However, after that date, you can check out this link for submitting your forms online.
