Ref: Penalty under section 125r/w rule 18
With reference to above subject we received manual notice from sales tax officials for 500/-(CGST AND SGST).
Now i request you to whether i will pay penalty, or give a written explanation to the department, If we will have to pay this amount tell me payment process.
