We are Engaging around 800 Sub-Contractors in one Project . We are the Main Contactor we are procuring the material from Supplier and storing in one godown and issuing to our Sub-Contractors for execution of works in case govt implement the e-waybill system for material movement more than 10kms and value more than ₹50,000/- in such a case we need to issue waybill for sending material to our Sub-Contractors -? if yes means The Sub-Contractors not use this materials immediately he keeps on working it may take two months . the validity of waybill expire immediately with in one or two days . what is your opinion on this case please advise.

As per updated notification 12 Cgst , the distance of 10 km has been exceeded to 50 Km, but it's for upto TRANSPORTER PLACE for further transportation.(B part)
so , plz mind there is no relaxation of distance in Eway bill , if consignment value exceed 50k one have to generate eway bill.

Your view is correct... But, What is Your exact query?

Bcoz,
If you are sent the goods to your Sub-contractors and they received then the transaction if transportation is ended after their receiving...
Then what are the problems?

Dear Sir,
Thank you for your reply after taking material my Sub-Contractors not consume this materials immediately he keep it one place use for execution up to six months , he has to move this materials up to 50 to 70 kms where ever sub station work is there and transformer and conductor the main materials moving time they need to generate any e-waybill ?
