Principal Contractor got work order for tree cutting from local Authority (Pure Services provided to local Authorities rate of GST is Nil).
Principle Contractor given the work to X as Subcontract.

Currently even I have the same question. But as per my study I came to a conclusion that the sub-contractor is liable to GST. But for the same I am still not sure.
