hello I want to registration of sub broker of a broking firm in name of my elder brother who is a state govt employee , is it against service law ?
I will operate the business but AP/sub broker registration on stamp paper will be on his name .
is this a problem ?

I don't know exactly with relevant provisions...
But,
It's not admissible for Govt Employee... If dept found his business then no way for continuing the job...
