i have my attempt in may 2011....only 3 months are left ...i am doing law self study ..
i am having munish bhandari...should we learn things like procedure for forfeiture of shares , procedure of concersion of public co.in private company etc etc
some friends tell me that there is no need to learn it ..but i have seen munish bhandari , at the end of every chap many theoritical questions are given??
shud we really learn those questions ...pls dont say logic??how can u put logic in law..i am bcom 1st year(corres) so havnt done law in my college too..
can i score excemption if i do all the case studies from munish bhandari and learn the procedure of all these things??
